Despite all the money pouring into the artificial intelligence boom, it feels like only a small handful of names have been consistent winners.
Plenty of companies quietly making that boom possible have been overlooked, their shares languishing while the giants soar. Ciena Corporation (NYSE: CIEN) is a good example.
