Christine McGuinnes s put on a stunning display as she showed off her yoga skills in her back garden.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 34, demonstrated her impressive yoga abilities with a series of poses, which included a headstand.
Top Gear star Paddy's ex-wife Christine shared a time-lapsed video of her doing the outdoor workout on a pink yoga mat on Friday.
She is seen wearing a pair of sky blue yoga shorts and a matching sports bra as she got into various poses.
Christine wore her blonde locks in a straight, down style as she exercised in the garden.
The stunning star revealed she had her three children Penelope, Leo and Felicity, whom she shares with ex Paddy, join in on the workout as she posted the clip on her Instagram page.
Christine's children can't be seen in the video as she and Paddy, 49, tend to keep them away from the spotlight.

It comes after Christine admitted to feeling "lost" following her split from former Take Me Out host Paddy.
Model Christine has shared a number of uplifting social media posts in the wake of her break-up, but she appeared to be feeling a little more measured in her recent snaps shared earlier this month.
The blonde shared a picture of a pink street sign which said: "You'll always feel a little lost right before you find yourself."
OK! reported that she had also showed clips of her enjoying a "gorgeous sunset" and being joined by a "lonely bird" on the banks of the River Thames. Christine even shared a video of her enjoying a game of darts on a night out while posing happily for a snap in the street.
Christine and Paddy announced their decision to split in a joint statement, which read: "We hadn't planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
"A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus was as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.
"This was not an easy decision to make but we're moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children."
