Christine McGuinness was flooded with supportive messages as she detailed a "terrible" struggle.
The former Miss Liverpool regularly shares update from her life on Instagram. The 33-year-old has taken to the social media platform to share a clip of her yoga routine.
Christine is the proud mum of three autistic children and regularly uses her platform to raise awareness of what it is like to live with the condition. She was also diagnosed with autism in 2021 and a fan asked whether yoga helps with autism anxiety.

Christine responded: "Yes, I’ve been terrible recently really bad with it, yoga definitely helps." Fans took to the comments to thank Christine for sharing the benefits of yoga.
