Christine McGuinness pleads for help as she suffers 'graphic nightmares'

Christine McGuinness has asked for help after revealing that she is suffering from insomnia.

The model admitted that she suffers from horrible nightmares which are "so graphic she doesn't want to go to sleep at night". Christine has pleaded for help asking people for advice as to how she can get a better night's sleep.

She added that she has suffered from the condition since she was a teenager but the past few nights have been particularly bad. While the mum-of-three doesn't like talking about the issue, she felt that she had no other option but to ask her 685,000 Instagram followers for help.

Christine posted on her Instagram story: "I don't like talking about this but I need help/advice. I've been struggling with insomnia since I was a teen and nightmares.

"My nightmares recently are so graphic I don't look forward to sleeping. Last night was horrific."

Underneath the text was an image of her lying down as she covered her face. She appeared to be in bed with a pillow under her head.

Recently the 34-year-old was forced to reassure fans that she is "happy and healthy" after a slew of messages telling her that she looked thinner. Fans repeatedly urged her to "look after herself" following a split from Paddy McGuinness - her husband of 11 years.

She shared a message which said: " It's no secret these last few months have been difficult but please be assured I am happy and healthy. I'm not trying to lose weight, I don't want to lose weight. I am trying my best."
