Christine McGuinness offered fans a sneak peek into her at-home workouts this week - as well as her ripped torso. Taking to Instagram on Thursday (March 23), the mum-of-three posted on her Story a video of herself standing in front of the camera with a grey crop top and black jogging bottoms.
Angling her stomach sideways to catch the sun light, she wowed viewers as the shadows highlighted her incrediblly toned abs. "Do you go to therapy?" she captioned the post. "No, I go to the gym," she added as she flexed her muscles.
In the background, fans were given a look at what appears to be the living room of the home that she still shares with her ex-husband Paddy McGuinness and their three children. In July, the Paddy and Christine confirmed they had broken up after 11 years of marriage following speculation.

A modern white sofa could be seen against the wall and sitting below an artistic black and white picture frame. Adorning the back wall was a contemporary black shelving unit, showcasing various minimalist ornaments in front of a mirrored backdrop.
Christine posted a similar shot of her ripped torso earlier this year as she laid on a sofa at home - which you can view below. Thursday's jaw-dropping footage came after the model shared a surprise she was given by best pal Chelcee Grimes.
On Wednesday, Christine headed to the spa with the singer and footballer, who she met on ITV's The Games last year, and was left gobsmacked as Chelcee arranged for Phoneix Brown, the daughter of Spice Girl Mel B, to join them, as reported by Manchester Evening News.
"What a birthday surprise from @chelceegrimes," Christine, who celebrated her 35th birthday on Monday, typed alongside the clip that showed her looking shocked as Phoenix walked through the door before rushing to embrace her pal.
"Reuniting the gang. @phoeonicisphoenic it's been too long." The trio then enjoyed a relaxing stay in the pool and getting treatments before Christine appeared back at home.
In an interview with Women's Own, Christine discussed her living situation with Paddy. "The children don’t know any different and they’re growing up in a happy and loving home. I just want it to continue like that", she said.
"We don’t know what the future holds but right now it works. The thought of eventually co-parenting in separate houses is something I’m going to really struggle with."
Previously speaking about their arrangement, Christine told OK! : "I'm quite happy for him to be there with the children and it's nice for them to see Mummy and Daddy just being alright. We can sit and have a cup of tea together and that's fine."
