Christine McGuinness branded herself a 'loner' as she enjoyed time alone and soaked up the sun. The former model looked sensational as she showed off her gym-honed figure in a tiny bikini in the back garden of the Cheshire home she shares with ex-husband Paddy.
After time 'on the run', Christine took the time alone to spend some time topping off her tan on Thursday (June 6), as she stripped down to her swimwear and laid back on a comfy garden bed.
As she posed in the pink two-piece in front of the camera, with her eyes covered by large shades and her blonde locks tied up into a pony tail, she captioned the video on her Instagram Story: "Appreciating this time on my own. Happy little loner right now."

She then decided to have a chat with her fans. Looking towards her phone camera, she said: "This has been a gorgeous day. I wasn't expecting it, you know. I like time on my own, I am a bit of a loner and when life's busy I don't put it in for myself and I have today. It's been really, really lovely and I've worked very hard on topping up my tan.
"I've been making sure that I roll over, making sure it's nice and even." She then joked: "It's been a difficult day and I've loved it." Christine soon continued her day of self-care by taking a trip to the hairdressing salon to freshen up her blonde locks with a bouncy blowdry.
Sat back in her car, the mum-of-three shared how she doesn't usually book in any time off but decided to make the most of the sun with some R&R. "It's been lovely and now I'm all ready for tomorrow [Friday]. I'm going to have a gorgeous day. Just embracing a bit of quiet time now and that makes me happy."
It comes after Christine returned to social media after being silent during filming for a popular show. Taking to her Instagram Story last week after keeping a low profile for several days, the model and TV star revealed that she is currently taking part in Channel 4's Celebrity Hunted.
She shared with her 711k followers that she is working alongside Blue singer Duncan James as the pair attempt to avoid being captured by the show's hunters - in a bid to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer. And on Monday (June 4) Christine officially returned to social media and confirmed what had really been going on.
Talking directly to the camera, Christine said: "I've got my phone back, it's me!" She explained how she had been taking part in the latest series of Celebrity Hunted but said she couldn't tell her fans "too much right now". She added: "I can't wait for you all to see what I've been up to."
She also took to her main Instagram grid with a series of behind-the-scenes pictures from filming the show of herself and Duncan. "Fugitives forever @mrduncanjames," she started the caption of her post. I'm very proud of us, I can’t wait for you all to watch the next series of #CelebrityHunted @hunted_hq @channel4. For now I can’t share anything else. I will say, it’s been emotional. All to support @su2cuk."
