Fans think that they have spotted an early transfer hint from Christian Pulisic over where he is headed next. The American is away with his country on international duty ahead of the CONCACAF Nations League finals and has been open about his uncertain future.
"Obviously, it's been an interesting journey at club level for me," he said ahead of the semi-final with Mexico. "I thought it was a great couple years and the last couple years just haven't gone at all how I've planned them to be.
"And right now my focus is obviously here with the national team. I'm just excited to get back playing and just enjoy myself and do what I love to do out on the field. And from there, this summer, we're obviously going to have to see what happens.
"It's obviously very early, as of right now I'm a Chelsea player and plan to go back but a lot of things can happen, a lot of things can change."
Pulisic is widely expected to be amongst the group of stars leaving Stamford Bridge this summer as Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital continue to ring the changes in the squad. With a 32-man squad for Mauricio Pochettino to massively whittle down, only four players over 21 played less league minutes than he did.
Having been close to a move away last summer as well, there are no shortage of options available to him. Italy is seen as potential destination now with Napoli, Juventus and AC Milan all linked to the winger. It is the latter that eagle-eyed supporters are now tipping for his next club,

In a first non-sponsored Instagram post for nearly three months, Pulisic posted an image of himself in training with his country. Alongside Weston McKennie, Gio Reyna and Ricardo Pepi, Pulisic is sporting the new, sharp USA training kit.
The black top with red details for the badge, logo and outlines appears to be a favourite for the players and seemingly inspired his caption of a red and black circle with the USA crest. Fans, however, spotted something else and made would they see as a 'cryptic' conection.
With the links to AC Milan, supporters think that the red and black is in fact hinting at the colours of his next team. "Ac milan confirmed with that caption," wrote one user. "With the Rossoneri colors," said another whilst there were numerous responses of AC Milan GIFs.
More responses included: "You’re definitely going to Milan!!" and "Ac Milan here we go."
Pulisic himself doesn't appear to be paying any attention to the noise. "I don't keep any social media on my phone anymore so I probably don't see as much as you guys think I do. I don't know what's going on," he said.
"People will text me sometimes and be like, 'you're going here?' And I'll be like, 'I didn't even know that.' So, they know more than me most of the time."
