Newcastle United loanee Chris Wood will start for Nottingham Forest in this afternoon's clash against Leeds United as Steve Cooper's side look to take further steps away from the relegation zone. However, Jonjo Shelvey has to wait for his Forest debut following his January switch from Tyneside.
The New Zealand international moved away from St. James' Park in the January transfer window and made his first Premier League start for the Reds in a 1-1 draw against Bournemouth last month.
Now he faces another of his former clubs where he played for two seasons back in 2015 until 2017, and will hope to be the difference maker this afternoon.

The Forest line-up to face Leeds also sees deadline day signing from Paris Saint-Germain Keylor Navas start in goal while Shelvey misses out on the matchday squad. The former Newcastle midfielder had been out with a calf injury and the game comes too soon for him to feature.
