Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton and ex-England international Paul Merson both believe that Frank Lampard will secure his first win at Stamford Bridge since returning to the club on an interim basis when the Blues welcome Nottingham Forest to west London.
Having been knocked out of the UEFA Champions League and fallen firmly into the bottom half of the Premier League table, Lampard's appointment has, undoubtedly, failed to make the impact that Todd Boehly and co had desired.
However, last weekend saw the 44-year-old earn his first win after re-joining, as the Blues beat Bournemouth 3-1 at the Vitality Stadium, courtesy of goals from Conor Gallagher, Benoit Badiashile and Joao Felix.

And whilst Sutton suggested that Lampard's side were somewhat fortunate to have come away from the South Coast with all three points, he does believe that Chelsea will make it back-to-back victories by beating relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest today.
Sutton, who was competing against Def Leppard's Joe Elliott, wrote in his BBC Sport prediction column: "I don't seem to be able to call Chelsea right whatever I try, so this time I am basing my prediction purely on Nottingham Forest's abysmal away record.
"Forest have just one win and six points from 17 games on the road, where they are conceding an average of 2.4 goals a game.
"Surely they won't get anything at Stamford Bridge - although this is Chelsea we are talking about. Blues interim manager Frank Lampard got his first win last week, although I am not sure they deserved to beat Bournemouth.
"Now Frank needs a home win, and despite my better judgement I am going with them to get it."
Chris Sutton's prediction: 2-1
Merson, meanwhile, predicted that the Blues will win by a greater margin, that is despite highlighting a particular weakness in front of goal.
"Nottingham Forest did very well against Southampton under pressure," Merson wrote. "But I think this is a game where Nottingham Forest are going to struggle to eke out a positive result. Chelsea haven’t been at their best but I don’t see how Forest are going to get the better of them.
"Forest might already be safe and might have enough points to survive the drop. I think Leicester, Leeds United and Southampton are destined for relegation.
"Chelsea need to sign a new centre-forward this summer. They need a man who can play upfront. You look at their frontline and there are a lot of dynamic forwards but they need someone who is going to come in and score goals.
"I think not having an out-and-out centre-forward is their Achilles heel."
Paul Merson's prediction: Chelsea 3-0 Nottingham Forest
