Chloe Madeley was supported by mum and dad Richard and Judy as she went through a hard time as a new mum.
The 35-year-old welcomed her first child, named Bodhi, last year with her rugby player husband James Haskell.
She has now opened up in an interview about the struggles she face during her pregnancy and who she turned to for help.
Chloe has talked about her first and second trimesters of pregnancy being "great", but she found that her mental health suffered when she went into the final stages of her pregnancy.
She described feeling "isolated" and "alone" during this time.
Speaking on the Midwife Pip podcast, Chloe said felt "guilty, freaked out and panicked".
She said: "I felt very isolated, very alone. [I was] quite depressed and quite freaked out. I also don’t think it helped at the time that James and I were still living in the Midlands and I was away from all my friends and family."
"Whereas now if I have a bad day...I just get in the car and go to my parents," Chloe added.
Chloe is the daughter of TV presenters Richard Madeley, 66, and Judy Finnigan, 74.
They also have a son, Jack, 36.
Chloe describe how her parents help her, saying she is able to "catch my breath".
She explained: "Just being in my family home with my mum and dad, who are also obsessed with Bodhi, I just catch my breath again and come back down to earth. I kind of reconnect with everything I love about my life."
Chloe had to have an emergency C-section when she gave birth to Bodhi and said that she would "cry with dread" if she had to do it again any time soon.
She took to Instagram to say: "I struggled to get pregnant, then had a pretty great pregnancy overall, minus the iron deficiency anaemia and some weird mental health shift at the end of my third trimester, it was pretty fun for me.
"The childbirth didn’t go great but I never felt any pain and I recovered quickly. I am obsessed with my little love. And I think I would cry with dread if I had to do it all again anytime soon. It genuinely emotionally upsets me.
"I have NO IDEA how people have more than 1 in close succession. I can’t get my head around it."
