A father and his seven young children were among at least 85 Palestinians killed by Israel, according health authorities in Gaza, as the death toll continues to rise following another night of bombardment.
Palestinian medics claimed that several houses were hit by air strikes across the Gaza Strip as people slept, with a number of women and children confirmed among the dead.
