A child has died after a car crashed into a school in Wimbledon.
According to our sister site, Mirror Online, pupils at the The Study Prep School were having a tea party to mark the end of the school year when a gold and black Land Rover smashed through the gates. A woman in her 40s has been arrested after the incident on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
The Metropolitan Police were called at 9.54am to reports that a car collided with a building at the primary school. Officers attended, along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance.
