Chiefs Check-in: K.C. has a good problem at middle linebacker

Linebacker Nick Bolton is working toward getting back onto the field after missing the last four games with a wrist injury. We know that Bolton is a playmaker on the field, but Drue Tranquill has more than held his own during Bolton’s absence.

In fact, an argument could be made that Tranquill is a more complete linebacker than Bolton. It’s a good problem to have for the Chiefs and it will be interesting to see how defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo splits playing time between the two.
