RAIPUR: A man murdered his deaf and mute cousin after the duo consumed alcohol and got into an argument in Bilaspur on Monday. The accused crushed his cousin using a rock. The accused had earlier served imprisonment for murder of his wife.
The incident took place in Sarkanda region of Bilaspur when 26-year-old differently-abled Prakash Thakur and his cousin Pradeep Thakur who live in the neighbourhood, went to the outskirts of village to have drinks. It was a regular practice for them to drink together.
