RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh high court has issued contempt notice to public health and family welfare department principal secretary Maninder Kaur Dwivedi and under secretary Rajesh Singh Gaur in connection with the transfer of Dr Pramod Mahajan, chief medical and health officer (CMHO), Bilaspur. Dr Mahajan also holds additional charge of divisional joint director, health services.
On June 24, 2022, the health department of state government released an order handing over the charge of CMHO to Ratanpur CHC medical officer Dr Anil Kumar Shrivastav and said that Dr Mahajan will be relieved as soon as Dr Shrivastav takes the charge of CMHO.
