MAMALLAPURAM: Eight wins in a row in the ongoing Chess Olympiad has made D Gukesh the new poster boy of Indian chess. He has overtaken P Harikrishna as India's No. 2 and even though the teenager suffered his first loss of the tournament on Monday, it's his performances that have brought India 2 within striking distance of a medal.
