Indian women's team and D Harika fought through some tense situations in the last two rounds to change the colour of their Chess Olympiad team medal from bronze to gold.
Comfortably placed with a two-point lead after seven rounds, the girls slumped to defeat against Poland in the eighth round in Budapest, Hungary. Then, a hard decision of resting D Harika for the ninth round clash with USA had to be taken. But even that match resulted in a draw.
