Chennai: National Green Tribunal to resume physical hearing from February 15

Chennai National Green Tribunal

CHENNAI: National Green Tribunal Southern Zone (NGT SZ) in Chennai will resume physical hearing of cases with hybrid option from February 15.

According to an official release, e-filing of cases through the designated online portal will continue and advocates/parties should mention the mode of hearing (physical/virtual) when filing fresh cases.

These individuals should submit a copy of their RTCPR negative test report (taken within 72 hours) while entering the tribunal premises and none with symptoms like cough, cold or fever will be allowed to enter.
