Chelsea's next five fixtures compared to Liverpool, Man United, Newcastle and Tottenham

It was yet another disappointing weekend for Chelsea and Graham Potter. The Blues were held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham on Saturday at the London Stadium.

Joao Felix marked his second Chelsea appearance with a first-half strike against the Hammers, guiding home an Enzo Fernandez cross. Former Blues defender Emerson Palmieri levelled the contest before half time and despite a controversial end to the game, neither side could find a winner.

The result leaves Chelsea in ninth place in the Premier League, 10 points off Newcastle United in fourth. Despite another draw, Chelsea's third in their last four games, there were promising signs that Potter will hope to build on with many crucial games to come.

Here, football.london takes a look at the upcoming matches and what will be on the cards for Potter and his top four chasing rivals.

Borussia Dortmund (A), Champions League - February 15

The return of the Champions League is up next for Chelsea as they take on Borussia Dortmund in Germany in the Champions League last-16.

It was European performances that kicked his reign off and got the Blues on a positive run and the hope will be that the excitement of a trip to Germany can kick start a big push until the end of the season.

Southampton (H) - February 18

The Blues' next clash at Stamford Bridge sees them welcome the Premier League's bottom club Southampton, who recently sacked Nathan Jones.

A battle against the Saints just days after their pivotal Champions League clash is a huge plus for Potter as he could potentially rest some of his important players who may be suffering from fatigue.

Tottenham (A) - February 26

The Battle of the Bridge part two was a Premier League classic earlier in the season, with Harry Kane scoring a late goal to snatch a point for Tottenham.

With Potter now at the helm, the Blues will undoubtedly be out for revenge against their London rivals and a victory is paramount if they wish to catch up to those competing for the top four places.

Leeds (H) - March 4

No FA Cup fifth round clash for Chelsea sees them head straight back into Premier League action in March to do battle with another team fighting to avoid relegation.

Leeds are currently without manager after sacking Jesse Marsch, but by the time their clash with Chelsea arrives a new man will likely be at the helm hoping to use that well-known 'new manager bounce' to cause an upset.

Borussia Dortmund (H) - March 7

Chelsea's Champions League fate will be decided on this date in their second leg clash with Dortmund at Stamford Bridge.

Potter's men will be hoping a positive result in Germany makes their task back in west London much easier, with the Premier League season also heating up.
