Chelsea may revive their interest in one of their failed transfer targets this summer, following news that Thiago Silva is attracting interest from outside of Europe.

Silva signed a 12-month extension on his contract back in February, but the club are unlikely to stand in his way should he decide to leave the club in the summer.
At 38, it's unlikely that Silva will play as much of a key role in Mauricio Pochettino's defence next season. Benoit Badiashile and Wesley Fofana are expected to be the preferred pairing after the summer, meaning Silva could be free to leave.
