Chelsea issued Declan Rice transfer warning amid Manchester United rumours in major prediction

Paul Merson has called on Manchester United to go out and "break the bank" for Chelsea target Declan Rice at the end of the season.

football.london understands that Rice is a long-term target for the Blues and they could make a move this summer for the West Ham United midfielder.

However, the Hammers remain determined to keep hold of their star man and will not welcome any bids for the England international.
