Chelsea’s hopes of signing Alex Scott have been hit, amid a fresh stance on transfers from Bournemouth.

Scott, who rejected a new contract offer at the Vitality Stadium earlier in the summer, has been a long time target for Chelsea, having seen a bid worth £64million rejected last month.
