Chelsea have been handed a triple injury boost ahead of tomorrow (Tuesday) night's crunch Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund, with both Reece James, N'Golo Kante and Christian Pulisic in first-team training this morning.
James was absent from the weekend victory over Leeds United after feeling tightness in his hamstring during training last week. Head coach Graham Potter was confident, however, the academy graduate would be fit to return to the squad for the Round of 16 second leg.
The 23-year-old was involved with the first-team group and will be expected to start against the German giants. That Potter has hinted he will continue with a back-three system could result in James being deployed at right wing-back, a position he thrived in under Tuchel.

Kante hasn't featured for Chelsea since he suffered a hamstring injury against Tottenham in August. It was an injury that later required surgery and the France international's rehabilitation has been handled carefully by the club.
The 31-year-old undertook his first full training session with the first-team squad on Friday and was again involved this morning. It is unlikely Kante will be thrown straight back into the side against Dortmund, but Potter will deliver an update on the midfielder when he faces the press later today.
Also involved was Christian Pulisic. The American has been absent since picking up a knee injury against Manchester City in January but stepped up his comeback last week and will be in contention to return against Dortmund, the club he left to join Chelsea in the summer of 2019.
There was no Mason Mount in training this morning after he missed Saturday's win over Leeds with an abdominal injury. However, the England international is suspended for tomorrow night's match.
