Ben Chilwell is set to commit his future to Chelsea beyond 2025 by signing a new four-year deal.
The left-back joined the Blues from Leicester City in August 2020 in a deal worth up to £50million. His time in west London over the past 18 months have been hampered with injuries, but the 26-year-old has been a regular under Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter when fully fit.
Chilwell's happiness at Stamford Bridge has never been placed under the spotlight, though speculation surrounding his future has accelerated in recent months following reports of interest from Manchester City. However, the concern is expected to be put to bed now.

According to The Athletic, the England international is set to sign a new deal at the club and extend his stay to 2027. It's said, via the Daily Mail, that the former Leicester man will see his wages increase beyond £200,000-per-week.
The deal follows the preferred policy by Todd Boehly in avoiding letting key players enter the final two years of their contract at Stamford Bridge. Chilwell is approaching that stage of his current agreement but will now secure his future until at least 2027.
Chilwell has made 26 appearances for Chelsea this season, scoring twice and assisting four. A hamstring injury in November forced him to miss the World Cup, something the wing-back has reflected on recently. "It was a very difficult season last year with playing so well, scoring lots of goals, defending well, being involved in what was at the time a very successful campaign, and then obviously I got my long-term injury and was out for around seven or eight months," the Chelsea defender said.
"It's football, it happens. Everyone gets injured and I kind of had the mindset as to how I would deal with it and bounce back.
"So yeah, that was basically where my mindset was. I just worked hard every day to make sure that when this season arrived, I was ready and could help the team again."
