Chelsea close in on Kounde
Chelsea could finally be closing in on a move for Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde.
football.london understands that personal terms have been in place with the Frenchman for around a year, but agreeing a fee with Sevilla has been a sticking point. The Guardian now reports that Chelsea are "close" to that agreement and the club are now "hopeful of buying him".
The report adds that Kounde would be seen as the replacement for Andreas Christensen after he left the club when his contract expired this summer to join Barcelona.

Barcelona 'speed up' Azpi negotiations
Barcelona reportedly want to "speed up" negotiations for Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta.
The Blues defender has been widely linked with a return to Spain this summer, with Barca boss Xavi wanting to add the experienced Spaniard to his backline. Now, transfer don Fabrizio Romano reports that Barcelona and Chelsea are "in direct contact" over a move.
It is claimed that Barca want to "speed up the negotiation" and that the Chelsea defender is simply waiting for the clubs to come to an agreement after agreeing terms on a move to Spain earlier this year.
Tuchel answers Broja question
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has answered questions regarding the future of Armando Broja.
The Albanian forward spent last season on loan at Southampton and impressed so much that he's been linked with a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge this summer, with West Ham reportedly interested. And Tuchel was asked about the striker's future ahead of their second game on their pre-season tour of the US, attended by football.london.
He said: "For players like Armando and players who already played in Premier League we have to look at situation carefully and decide if we have minutes we can offer to continue to bring his development, or whether it is better to bring him to another loan."
