The Los Angeles Rams have been progressing through their spring workout program, hitting the weights at the facility and running some individual drills on the field. There are obviously still no pads and helmets, and it’s not as if they’re running 7-on-7 drills, but players are still catching passes and getting in shape for the 2022 season.
Mandatory minicamp in June is when things will ramp up a bit before training camp, and all players are likely to be in attendance for those sessions.
The Rams shared photos and videos from Monday’s session in Thousand Oaks, showing Cooper Kupp, Darrell Henderson Jr., Bobby Wagner and Terrell Lewis – among many others – working on the field.
