Chase Infiniti is heading deeper into horror after landing the lead role in Portrait of God – a new Lionsgate film bringing together genre heavyweights Sam Raimi and Jordan Peele for their first collaboration as producers.

The 26-year-old Golden Globe and Emmy nominee will star in the feature from 25-year-old filmmaker Dylan Clark, whose original viral horror short of the same name has attracted millions of views online. Lionsgate has acquired the project and given it the green light, with Dylan also preparing to direct the studio’s forthcoming reboot of The Blair Witch Project.
