An animal rescue charity is raffling off a 3 bedroom townhouse to raise funds.
My Lovely Horse Rescue helps rescue, rehabilitate and re-home unwanted, neglected and abused animals.
These include horses, pigs, goats, sheep, dogs, and cats.
The charity's latest massive fundraising campaign includes raffling off the home in Dublin's Royal Canal Park.
The fully-furnished house is worth over €400,000 with tickets only costing €23 each.
My Lovely Horse Rescue have capped the raffle at 40,000 tickets in the hope that the charity will get €200,000 if they sell all their tickets.
There is no limit on the number of tickets each person can buy in the quest to win the fabulous, modern home.
The golden ticket holder will nab the three-floor property which includes a kitchen, dining area, living room and two bathrooms and a large double bedroom with an en-suite.
There is also access to a spectacular garden and free parking from the desired home.
The highly-anticipated raffle will take place on July 28 with the winner free to do whatever they wish with the property that rents out for €2,000 per month.
