Chantelle Houghton has lost an impressive 2.5 stone after becoming tired of being asked if she was pregnant.
The Celebrity Big Brother star, 38, said she felt "demoralised" by the comments after putting on three stone when she ended her engagement to Michael Strutt.
Explaining all the weight 'went to her tummy' - the mum-of-one said she was called a 'beast' by online trolls and that after receiving an 'unhealthy' BMI score, decided enough was enough.
"It’s demoralising and hurtful when you’re congratulated on a pregnancy that’s not happening and it’s just fat," she told OK! as she showed off her transformation.
“My waist was 38 inches and it was as big as my bust. I felt vile and disgusting."
The former reality star turned to a healthy eating meal delivery plan with MuscleFood, which she said offers her 'proper meals'.
Explaining she's now a size 10 again, Chantelle stated: “There have been times previously where I’ve lost weight, but this time I do feel the best I’ve ever felt in my body. I feel absolutely amazing.”
She also said her friends and family have noticed the difference and thankfully all the pregnancy comments 'have stopped'.
Chantelle shot to fame on Celebrity Big Brother house back in 2006 as a ''fake'' celebrity looking to secure real-life fame.
After striking up a close-bond with housemate and falling for Ordinary Boys Preston, her dream of life in the spotlight became a reality landing her lucrative magazine deals and TV appearances.
In fact, she's said to have raked in a whopping £1.5m from her media appearances as well as her biography: Living the Dream: My Story.
Unfortunately, things didn't work out with Preston, who Chantelle married in 2006, but the mum-of-one later had a relationship with Katie Price's ex, Alex Reid, who she shares daughter Dolly, 10, with.
In April 2020, the reality star got engaged to property developer Michael Strutt.
After a whirlwind three months, Chantelle proudly flashed her engagement ring and made plans for the big day - including wanting ex Preston at the wedding .
However last year, she revealed she and Michael had split.
Speaking to OK !, she said: “It was amicable and we are still very friendly. At the start of the year, I moved out.
“With lockdown, I think a lot of people probably started relationships and we moved in together really quickly… I think that it put a lot of pressure on things and it just fizzled out.”
