Channel 4 has confirmed it is no longer working with Dick Strawbridge and his wife Angel Adoree.
The Escape to the Chateau stars, who have also fronted spin-offs Escape to the Chateau DIY and Escape to the Chateau Make Do And Mend, have featured on nine seasons of the show since 2016. The programme aired its final season in December, reports BirminghamLive.
A spokesperson for Channel 4 told the Manchester Evening News: “Following a review we have taken the decision to not work with Dick and Angel on any new productions in the future".

The decision reportedly came after an internal review. Deadline reported that the show's production company, Two Rivers, said: “We can confirm that we will no longer work with Dick and Angel and cannot comment further at the moment.”
Escape to the Chateau, which aired for six years, followed Dick and Angel as they bought and restored a 19th-century castle in Martigné-sur-Mayenne, northwest France. They'd purchased the 45-bedroom castle for £280,000 and turned it into a wedding venue and dream home.
The Manchester Evening News has contacted Dick and Angel for comment.
