Glamping lodges and alpacas for your holiday getaway - what's not to love?
Channel 4 viewers are being treated to a Nottinghamshire venue making its debut on the popular B&B competition show Four in a Bed.
The show pits hotel, B&B and holiday venue owners against each other to take home the top prize as they try to get the most money for a night's stay from their fellow competition.
And Nottinghamshire venue Midshires Way Campsite, in West Leake Road, on the outskirts of East Leake, is featuring on the show.
Brendon Marshall, who owns the site with his wife, Vicky, opened the venue in July 2020 with five lodges for adults only.
The campsite at the 17-acre site has been open since 2006 - and it offers pitches for caravans, motor homes and tents.
Work has also taken place to reconfigure the campsite which is also home to plenty of alpacas.
The Four in a Bed episode on Thursday, February 3 will feature the lodges at the site as fellow owners visit and give their thoughts.
In a post on Facebook, the venue said: "We have some very exciting news!
"A year ago we were approached by Channel 4 to participate in their show Four in a Bed.
"We will be making an appearance each night this week Mon-Fri at 5pm."
Responding to the post, one wrote: "Brilliant, it's a great site. Hope it was a good experience and you are winners!"
And another said: "Can't wait to watch as we are staying for the first time later this year with our caravan."
Giving a preview to the episode on Thursday, Channel 4 said: "The final visit of the week is to Midshires Way Campsite in East Leake, Nottinghamshire, run by Brendon and Vicky.
"The guests love their lodges and are big fans of the finishing touches, though Dill and Darsy aren't sure about the value for money. The B&Bers enjoy a relaxing boat ride in the afternoon, but are not so relaxed the following morning when they have to cook their own breakfasts"
Tune in to Channel 4 each evening at 5pm to see if the Nottinghamshire venue takes home the title.
The venue is located on West Leake Road, East Leake, LE12 6LJ.
