A Place in the Sun host Laura Hamilton managed to find a "perfect" home just minutes into Tuesday's episode.
The popular Channel 4 programme sees potential buyers assisted by an expert as they search for their perfect property in the sunshine. Keith, from Gloucestershire, has been fond of France since his schooldays, and now he is looking for a holiday home in the Tarn-et-Garonne region of Southwest France.
Keith was joined by his best friend Neil, who was on hand as the "voice of reason" to stop Keith "getting carried away". With a budget of £180,000 Keith wanted a three-bedroom property with rental potential.

First up was a three-bedroom house in Espalais, it had a large garden with an above-ground pool, and was on the market for just under £170,000. Laura explained if Keith wanted to rent the home out, he could expect to make around £600 per week.
On seeing the home, Keith said he could "absolutely see myself here", and Laura thought she may already have "nailed" the search. She said she "couldn't have got a better reaction".
After Laura said she "didn't want to count her chickens", Keith and Neil confirmed it was a "serious contender", and they couldn't find fault with it.
Despite there being another four properties to be seen, viewers at home were convinced Laura had found the "perfect" home already. Taking to Twitter, Sian said: "That's lovely that, could be the quickest episode ever", while Lizzy said: "They're gonna buy the first one aren't they? May as well switch over for a bit", and Rick said: "It's gorgeous".
