'Chai, snacks and constant care': Foreign woman says Indian hospitality on 'another level', shares her heartfelt experience

Many foreigners often speak about India’s warmth and welcoming culture, but one woman said she truly understood its meaning only after living it herself. A woman named Liz recently shared her experience online about the kindness and warmth she received from people in India, and her heartfelt words are now resonating with social media users.

According to Liz, India may be known for its chaos and crowded streets, but what truly stands out is the way people care for strangers in everyday situations.

Chai, snacks and constant care

Liz shared that one thing she noticed almost immediately was how warmly guests treated her at their homes.

According to her, whenever she visits someone’s house, people instantly offer chai, snacks, or ask whether she has eaten. She said these gestures never felt formal or forced but came naturally to people.

The simple habit of checking whether someone is comfortable or hungry left a deep impression on her.
