Central Pattana has announced the success of Central Korat, the firm's largest mixed-use development in the Northeast region.
The property, which is valued at 10 billion baht, comprises the Central Korat shopping centre, Escent Korat Condominium and, most recently, Centara Korat Hotel.
The mega property aims to be the "Center of Life" for Nakhon Ratchasima province by elevating its residents' quality of life and supporting the Korat Mice City programme.
Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, head of marketing at Central Pattana, said the development of the mixed-use project at Central Korat had been Central Pattana's commitment since the opening of the Central Korat shopping centre in 2017 to provide the ultimate destination for Nakhon Ratchasima.
"Our further development is helping promote the province's potential in every aspect, elevating the economy and tourism, and pushing Korat forward to be a stronger gateway of the northeastern region," Mr Nattakit said.
His key strategies include developing a new district to be a Center of Life, a new central business district and tourist destination of Korat, building up a strong synergy and ecosystem in a mixed-use project, and being the heart and pride of the Korat community.
Kree Dejchai, president of residential business at Central Pattana, referring to the condominium development, said his firm is committed to providing quality living within a leading mixed-use project in the heart of Korat. He said the company's strength is that its project is adjacent to a shopping centre, which can provide a good quality of life, a modern lifestyle as well as safety.
Mr Kree added that the launch of Escent Korat Condo phase I received great feedback and sold out within four days. The company has now expanded to phase II, with a total of 395 units.
As for Central Pattana's goal of developing "the best international standard hotel in Korat", Surang Jirattigalachote, head of hotel development at Central Pattana, said Centara Korat Hotel will have a grand opening ceremony on Sept 13.
