Central funds of Rs 80 lakh for facelift to Pune zilla parishad schools

PUNE: The Pune zilla parishad (ZP) schools are all set for a facelift in infrastructure and academics with a boost of Rs 80 lakh funding as part of the STARS project by the Union government.

The Pune ZP will select schools in the district for the makeover aimed at improving the quality of education and performance grading index from pre-primary to Std XII classes.
