The Boston Celtics might still be favorites in Las Vegas to win it all in 2023, but according to HoopsHype’s Frank Urbina, they are far from the most interesting team to watch. Per the H/H analyst, the Celtics do not even crack the top 10 most interesting teams to watch in 2022-23, checking in at a lowly 13th.
“This spot on the list might seem a bit low for the reigning Eastern Conference champions and for a team with a blossoming superstar, Jayson Tatum, and an All-Star partner on the wing in Jaylen Brown,” admitted Urbina.
“Plus, the Boston Celtics should be as dominant in the upcoming regular season as they were in the second half of last season,” he continued.

The reason behind such a relatively abysmal assessment? “We’ll just say Marcus Smart and his flopping antics hurt the team’s place on this ranking,” suggested Urbina.
