The Boston Celtics put together a dominant performance against the Sacramento Kings, securing a convincing 144-119 victory on the road at Golden 1 Center on Wednesday night. While the early moments of the tilt were shaky, with the Celtics coming off a tough loss to the Golden State Warriors the night before, they made a remarkable turnaround.
The team showed off impressive resilience in the wake of such a soul-sucking loss, especially in the game’s second half, ultimately dismantling the Kings with elite performances from Derrick White (28 points, 7 assists, 3 blocks), Jaylen Brown (28 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists), and Kristaps Porzingis (24 points, 9 rebounds, 6 blocks).
Reserve guard Payton Pritchard also had a big game off the bench, putting up 20 points and 4 assists in the win.
The hosts of the CLNS Media “How Bout Them Celtics!” had plenty to say about the win; check it out above!
