Celtic play BSC Young Boys next in the Champions League, and while the Swiss side sit rock bottom of the competition's league-phase, their goal against Stuttgart is worth watching.
Stuttgart ran out 5-1 winners in a very one-sided 90 minutes of football, however it was BSC who took the lead in the opening stretch somewhat against the odds.
Having received the ball 20 yards and to the right of goal with just over five minutes on the clock, Polish midfielder Lukasz Lakomy fired the ball past Stuttgart keeper Alexander Nubel, who remained rooted to the spot.

Over its course, the 5-1 Stuttgart win had its share of fine goals, however, as outlined above, the German's second was a controversial one.
A cut-back at the byline was flagged to have crossed the line by the linesman, however the referee played on, Stuttgart eventually scored, and VAR confirmed the referee's instincts were right – despite the fact that some BSC players appeared to have stopped as per the linesman's call.
Nevertheless from there Stuttgart earned their three points during a match that marked their first home win in the Champions League in almost 15 years.
How Celtic fare against BSC Young Boys at Parkhead on January 22, 2025 remains to be seen, but a win on the night would all but guarantee their place in the tournament's play-off round with a game to spare.
Celtic's final game of the Champions League league-phase is Aston Villa away from home on January 29.
