CELTIC have been hit with a UEFA fine after the fan pyro display ahead of the Champions League match against RB Leipzig.
The club have been issued to pay a £17,000 fine over the lighting of fireworks by supporters in the away match against Leipzig in Germany.
The sanction comes under Article 16(2)(c) DR of UEFA regulations with the €19,500 to be paid by the club.
But it wasn't just Celtic who were fined after the fixture earlier this month.
Hosts RB Leipzig were also issued a UEFA fine over fan behaviour in the match.
The German club were fined €12,750 or £11,100 over the throwing of objects during the Champions League match.
