CCTV images have been released of four men who cops are hunting following a serious assault which took place in Glasgow city centre five months ago. The attack took place around 2am on Sunday, April 3 on Argyle Street.
Police Scotland have launched a probe into the incident, and believe the men pictured may hold information which could assist in their ongoing enquiries.
The first man is described as of large build and bald. He was wearing blue jeans and a grey zipped hooded jumper at the time of the event. The second man is described as of medium build with short, fair hair and glasses. He had on blue jeans and a light-blue hooded jumper on the night in question.
The third man is described as of slim build with a shaved head and a short beard. He was wearing faded black jeans and a grey, zipped jacket. The fourth man is described as of medium build with short dark hair that was shaved at the sides. He was sporting black jeans, a grey top and a black jacket when the assault was carried out.
Officers want the men, or anyone who has any link or details about the men, to come forward.
Detective Constable Robert Carrigan of Greater Glasgow CID said: “I would urge the men, or anyone who has information relating to any of the men depicted in these images to make contact with the police.
"Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101, quoting reference number 1589 of 6 April, 2022. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111 where information can be passed on anonymously.”
