The features and benefits of the pillows are quite different from each other. Casper has a hybrid construction focused on providing cradling comfort with a three-layer foam and fiber blend.
Its unique instant coolness comes from the combination of AirScape technology (to circulate air), HeatDelete bands (which wicks away moisture) and the soft CoolTouch cover. You don’t have to worry about fluffing the pillow now and then, as the foam layer prevents the fill from clumping up or losing shape.
While it is a mid-loft option, which may prove too tall for stomach sleepers, our tester for the review reported finding it comfortable even when she slept face down.
The Coop Home Goods pillow is also made from a memory foam and microfiber combination. The outer cover is made of Lulltra, a bamboo-derived viscose rayon and polyester blend while the inner pillow is of polyester.
It comes with a bag of extra 1/2lb fill which can be added in as per your sleeping needs, making this adjustable pillow one that will suit many different types of sleepers.
While the adjustable loft feature seems promising, our tester did not find this process an easy task. It took quite a lot of trial and error to achieve the ideal loft, which eventually led to removing a quarter of the original fill. The potent off-gassing smell when it expands, was another drawback noted down by her.
Even without an option to adjust the loft height, Casper seems to win in terms of its design.

One disadvantage she noted is that back and stomach sleepers might find the loft too low or too high.
The Coop Home Goods pillow provides customisable support, so you can find what fill level is comfortable for you. It needs 10 minutes in the dryer to fully expand to its original size after packing, and if you ever feel it going flat, you can put it in the dryer again to fluff it up.
The off-gassing smell may be a bother to some, with a few reviewers on Amazon saying that they had to return the pillow due to the same. Our tester noted that without regular fluffing, the pillow tends to clump up and lose support unlike the Casper Snow Hybrid.
Hot sleepers may want to stay away from this one, as the memory foam has a tendency to run hot too, although the breathable pillowcase will help the pillow stay fresh throughout the night.
