Casemiro has no issues about not playing in the Champions League this season and delivered an expert response following his move to Manchester United from European kings Real Madrid.
The Red Devils completed the signing of the 30-year-old this week for a fee in the region of £60million plus add-ons, making the second most expensive player over the age of 30 behind Cristiano Ronaldo. Casemiro was unveiled on the pitch at Old Trafford on the evening of United's 2-1 win over Liverpool and received a warm reception from the home faithful as Ten Hag completed his fourth signing of the summer window.
Casemiro leaves Real after winning the Champions League and La Liga double last season. He played an influential role in beating Liverpool in the final in Paris and departs the Santiago Bernabau as a club legend.
