The Supernatural and iZombie star reportedly died from complications of breast cancer, according to her representative and co-star, Jim Beaver.
According to Beaver, who portrayed Fleming's husband on Supernatural, Fleming died peacefully and was surrounded by her loved ones, Variety reported. She is survived by her daughter, Madalyn (Max) Rose. Details on her memorial service have yet to be announced.
