Carol Vorderman delighted her social media followers on Wednesday, August 17, when she posted a photograph wearing a skimpy pair of shorts and a bikini. The Mirror reported how the 61-year-old, who is currently on holiday in Portugal, described how she'd "dropped over a dress size".
In the photograph, Carol stood in front of a mirror taking a selfie and decided to update her fans with her ongoing weight loss journey. Captioning the post, she wrote: "We're coming home soon....still another day to go. 18 days -3 days (going to restaurants) = 15 days on juice here at @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale."
Over the last week, Carol has continually shared the extreme exercises that she has been doing at the retreat. She added in the caption: "I've dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy. Haven't been into these shorts for a few years and now they're loose. Boommmm.
