Carol Vorderman has been spending some quality time under the Portuguese sun this week, escaping a cold Clifton.
But the 61-year-old has faced a bit of a dampener whilst sunning herself on the continent, as she has had to issue a warning to her 200,000 followers.
Whilst visiting her favourite health retreat, and making the most of her time off by going on lengthy hikes, Carol has had to address the fact that somebody is impersonating her, the Liverpool Echo reports.

A fake Instagram account has been made, adopting the persona of Carol and taking her photos to message fans of the Countdown whizz directly.
Posting on her Instagram story, Carol warned her fans and followers of the potentially perilous situation.
She said: "@carolvorders01900 is a fake account. All accounts other than mine @carolvorders with the blue tick are fake.
"This is the message they are sending to people who follow. It's a scam, I'm afraid. Please report them."
The message sent by the scammer suggests that Carol is messaging them from the unverified account because her management will not allow her to send messages from her official account.
Although, from what can be seen, the person behind the account did not ask for money, many Instagram scammers take on the persona of celebrities when asking unsuspecting fans for cash.
