Carol Vorderman has issued an update on whether she would return to Countdown.
The 61-year-old co-hosted the Channel 4 show for 26 years from 1982 until 2008. Viewers have called for her to return to Countdown after Anne Robinson announced she was quitting the show after just one year.
Carol has taken to Twitter and admitted it would be an honour to return before she wished good luck to whoever the new host is going to be. She said: "Thank you to all of you saying such lovely things about a possibility of me returning to Countdown.
