Carol Vorderman has shared a sunny holiday snap after revealing that she went through a tough time at the end of 2021.
In an Instagram post this morning (Monday, January 17), the 61-year-old, who lives in Clifton, said that she felt "on top of the world", and shared some impressive fitness figures with her 200,000 followers on the app.
The maths expert seems to be in high spirits as she spends time at a yoga and fitness retreat, buried deep among the Portuguese mountains and forest.
