Carl Frampton has opened up on his Tiger's Bay upbringing and how the sport of boxing shaped his life - in and out of the ring.
The former two-weight world champion shared his life lessons to a group of young people involved with the Odyssey Ice Academy.
The Academy launched in 2018 and supports young people that have been in care or suffered from mental health challenges.
