The Arizona Cardinals announced the signing of an 11th undrafted rookie free agent. They signed 10 immediately after the draft but have added former Utah State and Maryland receiver Brian Cobbs.
Cobbs was in for a tryout earlier in the week.
He is 6-foot-1 and 206 pounds.
In 2022, he started all 13 games last season at Utah State and led the team with 76 catches for 923 yards and five TDs. He was named second-team All-Mountain West Conference in his only season with Aggies. He transferred there in 2022 from Maryland where he played 41 games (12 starts) and had 59 receptions for 858 yards and two TDs over four seasons.
He participated in rookie camp with the Washington Commanders as a tryout player.
He joins a receiving room that includes returning players DeAndre Hopkins, Marquise Brown, Rondale Moore, Greg Dortch, Andre Baccellia and Javon Wims, free agent signings Auden Tate and Zach Pascal, third-round draft pick Michael Wilson and undrafted rookie Daniel Arias.
