Cardiff's Labour leader reshuffles his top team as incoming administration takes shape

Three former cabinet members will be returning to the back benches at Cardiff Council as the city's Labour group leader reveals his plans for the incoming administration.

Cardiff Council's Labour group leader Huw Thomas has chosen his team for the local authority's cabinet, which is subject to approval at the council's annual general meeting on May 26.

Three former cabinet members - Michael Michael (former Cabinet Member for Clean Streets, Recycling and Environment), Graham Hinchey (former Cabinet Member for Children’s Services) and Susan Elsmore (former Cabinet Member for Adult Services) have not been included in Cllr Thomas' list.
